GPAM Resolutions on Libya

The following resolutions were agreed upon during the Global Pan African Movement, North America, January, 2023 Internal Education:

1. We support Libya-Libya Dialogue and Decision Making, held within Libya, must be the beginning of any profound political processes.
2. We call for the expulsion of All Foreign Troops.
3. We call for the return of Libyan Assets.
4. We demand a lift of all sanctions on Libya.
5. We call upon the African Union to be more proactive with regard to Libya and all African nations.
